One year ago, I discovered that one of my sites was being indexed on Google but not ranking. By that time, I had published almost 290 posts, none of which were ranking on Google. However, on Bing, I found that nearly 47 of those posts were in the top 20.

In my case, the keyword position graph was empty.
So I looked everywhere for what was going on with my website, but I couldn't find any accurate reasons as to why. Due to this, I stopped posting for the domain and I stopped renewing it also.
Now, I understand why my site was indexed but not ranked. In this post, I will share with you 11 reasons why your site might be denied ranking.
Ranking denied by Spam policy
This was the reason why my site's content where denied Ranking on Google.
Google encourages site owners to create valuable, original content and to have a good user experience, as well as to be ethical in their SEO practice, to avoid violating their spam policies.
If Google finds that your site's content is spammy, not valuable, or misleading, it may ban your site from appearing in search results, effectively preventing it from reaching users. This is what happened in my case as well.

Manipulative Link Practices
Links are one of the most important ranking factors for Google.
If your site is involved in manipulative link-building practices, it can negatively affect your ranking. These manipulative practices include buying links, engaging in link exchange schemes, or using link farms.
Google’s algorithms are designed to detect unnatural link patterns, and if your site is caught engaging in such tactics, it could lead to penalties.

Keyword Stuffing

Google’s algorithms are highly capable of identifying low-quality or spammy content and will penalize sites that use these practices.
